Here is the complete Plastic Recycling Process, which are divided into several phases. So let’s get started: :

1. Reception of raw materials:

Here Raw Material is any Plastic Material, such as ABS, PET, LOPE, PP, HDPE and many more, which can be Recycled as well as Reused.

2. Sorting Process :

3. Shredding :

This process helps us to ensure that the particle size of the plastic is homogeneous or not, simplifying the subsequent transport, washing and drying work..

4. Washing :

After the Shredding Process is completed, the plastic is then loaded into the industrial washers. There are many blades that helps to move the water, in order to make plastic free from many products, such as dirt, stone, metal, PVC and many others.

5. Drying and Spinning :

If any impurity is still left in the plastic, Drying and Spinning helps to remove them too.

6. Homogenization :

Now the plastic is stored in a large silo, where it is mixed until it becomes homogeneous in colour, texture and also in behaviour.

7.Extrusion:

Now the polymers are melted by heat. Whatever colour is added in order to meet the client’s requirement.

8. Filtration :

After all the above process, plastic still undergoes a Filtration Process.

9. Regrinding :

This process helps to give us the correct piece or regrind requested by our client for their needs when buying regrinds.

10. Quality Analysis and Control :

Regrind Production is divided into batches. Then we carry out laboratory analyses on samples from each batch in terms of ash, dryness, etc.
